Looking forward to seeing your pics Anita
Thank you Cathy... and that's from in your hospital bed? You are amazing
There are now a couple of short videos on http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/8110526.stm... Could that be Jonathan's laugh I'm hearing while Ben Ainsley is speaking in the Round the Island race takes place video?
Also thank you Anita for your report yesterday night, looking forward to seeing your photos. If the small one on Jonathan's MySpace is anything to go by, you've some stunners.
Sure sounds like him Chris, I think I can hear him talking to someone very faintly in the background - good spot!

Like you I thought I could hear him talking but that laugh more or less gives it away. I thought I recognised Jonathan's laugh when watching this on TV yesterday.
Yes Certainly is Jonathan's voice and laughter in the background there. Thank you Chris.x
Sorry about the buffering, but the BBC website is terrible for it, you can still hear him though

Thank you Cathy, that's what you managed to record
Just came across this little news item... not directly relevant but from Jonathan and co's point of view they had to dodge ferries as well
Yacht-dodging ferry runs aground A high-speed ferry carrying 65 people ran aground off the Isle of Wight while avoiding yachts taking part in the annual Round the Island race. The Wightlink ferry company said the FastCat Shanklin service from Portsmouth to Ryde hit trouble on Ryde Sands on Saturday. A ferry spokesman said: "It was slowing down just to pass through the yachts and it ran aground." More than 1,700 boats were taking part in Isle of Wight sailing event. No-one is believed to have been injured in the accident. "It was low tide and it was avoiding the yachts because there was a rally on the Isle of Wight," the spokesman said.

Thanks for the links Chris
Obviously this was a regular ferry service and knowing what was going on with the Boat Race you wold have thought they'd have made provisions to avoid it, but, thankfully, no-one seems to have been hurt in the incident
